Heritage Hall (also known as our “main hall”) is our largest and most versatile space for large gatherings, and is popular for weddings, receptions, celebrations of life and children’s birthday parties. It features a tile floor, adjacent bar/concession, and a ceiling height that will accommodate medium-sized bouncy castles.
Dimensions: 38 ft x 58 ft
- 280 with non-fixed seats
- 220 with non-fixed seats and tables
- 190 with non-fixed seats and tables allowing space for dancing or other entertainment
Amenities: Portable stage, chairs, 8 ft tables, podium
Basic Rental Rates:
- $150.00 for 4 hours
- $200.00 for 8 hours
- Any additional hours are $25.00/hour
Additional Charges and Information (applies to all room rentals):
- A $100.00 ($300.00 for liquor events) refundable damage deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- For alcohol events, add $50.00 to the basic rental rates
- Use of the kitchen and dishes, add $50.00
- All liquor events require approved Smart Serve Bartenders at a rate of $100.00 per bartender. For events with more than 100 people, 2 bartenders are required.
- Renters are responsible for obtaining liability insurance for all events and Special Events Permits for liquor events. These documents must be provided to us at least 2 weeks before the rental date.
