Players must agree to play only at the North McIntyre Rec Centre for the duration of the session.

Session 1: Mondays 10:30-12:30 (FULL)
Session 2: Tuesdays 12:30-2:30
Session 3: Thursdays 12:30-2:30
Session 4: Fridays 10:30-12:30 (FULL)

Join Gary as he leads you through this ancient gentle movement program that combines physical movements, breathing practices, mental visualizations, and in some cases vocalizations, to bring about energetic harmony, calming of the mind, balancing of the emotions and greater overall health and vitality.

Low Impact Aerobics

This full-body low impact workout will get your heart pumping as you move to some of your favourite tunes! Weighted balls are incorporated to help you improve improve your strength and flexibility. Join instructor Dana in this fun-filled exercise program that is great for adults of all ages!

Introduction to Step Aerobics
October 12 and/or October 20 at 7:30 pm


Are you looking for something different to do in the evening that’s close to home?   Join us for one or both of these free introductory sessions of evening Step Aerobics to find out if this exercise activity is for you.  It’s a great workout that’s adaptable to many different fitness levels. Cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility will all be incorporated into this classic group fitness class!
