Aerobics

RetroFit Low Impact Aerobics (T/Th 1:00 – 2:00 pm)

Hey Seniors! Does your body need a “retro-fit”? Join Charlene in this fun-filled fitness class focusing on improving your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance and flexibility using basic, safe and effective movements with lots of alternatives to accommodate most aches and pains!

Low Impact Aerobics (T/Th 6:00 – 7:00 pm)
January 12 – February 4 (4 weeks)
Join Dana’s low-impact aerobics program for a great workout that is less hard on your body, especially your joints.  You’ll have a heart-pumping workout as you move your whole body to some of your favourite tunes! Exercises can be modified  to meet your ability. No equipment required.
