Jim Watts

Hello North McIntyre Rec Centre members and community,

I’m Jim Watts and I’ve been doing wood carving for about 12 years.  It’s a skill I love to share with my wife, Darlene, and together prior to covid, we introduced the wood carving program at the North McIntyre Rec Centre. I have a particular interest in carving whimsical houses, but I enjoy all forms of the craft.  I’m looking forward to returning to the centre and sharing my interest, skills and enthusiasm with both novice and experienced carvers!
