Don’t want to “solo”? That’s ok – it’s a sing-along-too!!
Singing’s proven benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, improving lung function, boosting your confidence and improving memory! …did we mention it’s also fun?!
Oh, and in case tapping your toes isn’t enough, we often sneak in a couple of line dances, just for some added fun!
Don’t worry if you’re a little shy – there’s no pressure to perform. These afternoons are all about fun, fellowship and sharing a love of all kinds of music!
