Hatha yoga became a regular practice for me almost 20 years ago.   Over the years in my day job, I contemplated taking my Yoga teaching certification, but just never seemed to commit until Covid left me with lots of time on my hands.   

Since my initial teacher training, I have developed a love for YIN yoga, and followed up with additional training.   I love the long stretches and the inevitable release that comes in time with Yin yoga practice.    Regular practice has enabled me to release my long tensed muscles.  I am still very much on a learning journey, but very happy to be on the path and to share with others.
