This is a very gentle exercise program designed specifically for older adults who are looking to improve or maintain their general strength and flexibility as well as improve their balance.  Music is played in the background so you can sing along.  Light hand weights, therabands and Bender Balls are incorporated to add a little challenge!  This is a fun, active and engaging program for any older adult regardless of ability!   Coffee and fellowship follow this exercise program.
